A prior prescription is helpful if you have recent orthopaedic or surgical notes, but you can also book directly for an assessment. Our physiotherapists conduct an initial physical evaluation to understand your condition.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing (like track pants, loose t-shirt, or gym wear) that allows easy movement and lets the therapist examine the affected joint or spine. Please bring any recent X-ray or MRI reports if available.
Initial assessment and consultation sessions typically last 40 to 50 minutes. This includes your medical history intake, movement examination, hands-on assessment, and introductory guided exercises.
Yes! For seniors, post-operative patients, or individuals with severe mobility limitations, we offer home consultation visits in Jankipuram, Aliganj, Vikas Nagar, and nearby areas in Lucknow. You can select 'Home Visit' when booking.
